To provide the service, Claimind stores and processes the information you put into it — claim records, uploaded documents, and the personal information they contain. Your organization's data is kept isolated to your organization, except when you explicitly send a claim to another user, which is logged.
How we use your data. We use what you put into Claimind to provide the service to you — storing and organizing your claims and documents, running the AI features you use, generating the packets and exports you ask for, and keeping audit logs for security and compliance.
We do not sell your data. Claimind does not sell, rent, or trade your claim data or personal information, and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Some features you choose to turn on may share data with third-party service providers, only as much as that feature needs to work — for example, cloud storage, email, measurement and weather data, and AI processing of your documents. You choose which features to enable, and each provider handles what it receives under its own terms.
You are responsible for having the right to upload and process the information you put into Claimind, including any personal information of third parties.
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll ask you to review and accept the new version the next time you sign in.
